Vonage Review, are they getting worse?
Even to this day Vonage still no customer service. Vonage's severe lack of communication is nothing less than disappointing. You as a consumer really get the feeling that they don't care anything about their customers. One problem after another and nothing ever gets fixed. Their customer service reps can't understand English if you ever do get through to them, and they won't answer your questions directly as I think they don't know the answers.
they also advertise that they cover a lot of areas which they do not cover! for example; they say they cover Mexico, but they don't cover most of it.
Okay,here is the best part about Vonage, when you call disappointed upset and angry, if you can actually get through on the phone after being put on hold multiple times. They now have what's called the "complaints plan" I kid you not. They will try lowering your monthly bill to 50% for the following month if you don't cancel. If you insist on canceling they will give you the next month for free. Really a "complaints plan" how bout just fixing the problem Vonage?
What else can I say? I'm another severely disappointed Vonage consumer.
