I tried Vonage in early 2009 and quickly decided I did not want to continue the service. I canceled / closed the account they repeatedly charged my bank account despite repeated calls and emails from me.

I finally had to close the bank account they were charging to stop them from automatically debiting my account. Now, more than 3 years later, I am receiving collection notices and calls for $139 in "unpaid" charges. I see online that there are many more instances like mine.

Most seem to be from 2009. Any further info on how to fight this would be appreciated.

they are horrible people they should held accountable rude ill-mannered I told the vonage customer that I am gonna report them the police he said go a head how can I file a class action against them
