I thought I'd called Vonage after seeing their ads on tv & thought I'd try to reduce my phone bill.
I called for the information and was disconnected by
the customer service rep THREE times. Every time I called back the
rep apologized but then again... I got disconnected. This alone told me to forget about trying Vonage since they can't technically even stay on the
line even when it comes to adding a new customer.
Also, after reading all the reviews I'm glad I made the decision not to
sign up with them. As the old saying goes "You get what you pay for."
