Vonage has been giving me the runaround when I have been attempting to cancel the service since October 2016 and still running up a bill. I tried to cancel when the promotional period ended because it isn't worth the amount that it increased.

Every time I call, I sit for long periods of time and no one ever picks up. When they've called me, I have expressed a desire to cancel the service, but they provide me the same number I have no success with and refuse to process the request to cancel. They are primarily online but don't allow cancellations via the site or by email...

Today, they charged my account unauthorized for almost $115.00 and disconnected the service after allowing the bill to run up. They refuse to refund my money and stated that they have no notes regarding cancellation requests and attempts.
