I cancelled my Vonage account in April 2014. I recently found that they have been charging me fraudulently every month since then.

They agree that there is no activity on the account and they that I requested it to be cancelled but they never stopped charging my account. Really frustrated with this company. The reps are hopeless too and the call goes on and on for several minutes. The end result will be the same.

When I asked for a refund, they wanted me to check with my financial institution. Will never ever go back to this service

I would like to get a full refund of they have charged me.

Product or Service Mentioned: Vonage Vonage World Phone Plan.

Reason of review: They wont refund my money that they fraudulently charged.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Vonage Cons: Deceitfulnesscustomer service, Quality of service taking money from my account.
