Vonage is a great idea, and technology, when it works right out of the box, but....if you ever need support, you will want to cry, pull out hair, and finally collapse in total dispair.
Do no ever let yourself get into a situation where you depend on Vonage. It is impossible to get support from this company. They have millions of customers and on't give a *** about one of them. I have been trying for two weeks to get help with connecting my device.
it worked for almost a year before I moved, never needed any help. But now, I can't get it to work, and all I can get from them is "form" emails, telling me to reboot etc, over and over. No one read the info you send to them, they just send automatic emails back with the same basic info. Basically, "John and Jenny" who are either robots, or poorly trained Indians, tell me to reboot continuously.
I hate this company and all they stand for.
Poor service, and reliant on marketing to get more new customers than they lose as a result of bad service.Why doesn't someone give us an alternative?
