July 6, 2019, I had several calls from my relatives/friends, being worried about me. They tried to contact me, leaving a message on my home phone, dialing my correct phone number with Vonage, however, a person (not me) was not be on my voicemail.

I did a Chat session, and its rep acknowledged and got the same person. It took me 3 hours, from 1 AM to 4 AM to get it resolved. On July 8, 2019 I contacted Vonage again (Indian CS), who told me that my phone line has been corrected and is secure.

Questions why this had happened in the first place, have not been answered, and its Customer Service has been blaming me for changing my "answering greeting, which was never done by me or anybody else in my household. Its CS personnel is very difficult to understand, and asking for its Corporate Office address and tel.# was denied.
