Vonage - Can't Cancel Service
Their e-mails are returned as monitored with phone # to call which wants you to pay first and then drops your call every time holding for operator. The only number they provide is to sell you service.

Vonage in Holmdel Township, New Jersey - Lousy Customer Service
Went to cancel my vonage account seeing as I didn't need it anymore and I was paying for it a month in advance. Lady asked to process my payment for the month in advance seeing as I had a balance on the account and I spoke logically and said "why would I pay for a month I'm not using?" All the lady could come up with was "Its cause there is a balance and you must". No common sense whatsoever with these people.

Vonage calls our house everyday, three times a day for months. We have told them to stop calling me, I don't want their service but they keep calling!

This company automatically increases your rates, and have to keep calling in so that you can stay at your lower rate. I do not like a phone service that automatically doubles on me. On top of that, if there are not enough funds just once, they send you messages time...Read more
