My customer service agent knew what to do, how to do it, got it done, and completed it in a timely fashion with no hiccups. Everything was done just the way I wanted it done.

It's hard to find good guest service these days that carries out tasks in a professional manner. Kudos.

I can't get ahold of anybody to get the phone transfer to the new location. And i'm about to lose my phone for my business.

It was hard to get someone to pay bill but afterwards it went well long wait had to go to passed off customer to pay bill the bill is good u got to have WiFi

I have vonage extensions for over 10 years . Since December 2023 I am having trouble to make international calls .

I called customer support 3 of the agents were not helpful and 2 hung up after I told them the undue in my calls . 3 one told me turn off my phone and turn on again and make phone call .

If dies not work call back . After try one more time this agent lady is amazing she is trying hard but vonage e tá Dions is the problem

The customer service representative was greatEasy to speak to, friendly, helpful and informative. They resolved my concern and lowered my bill. I was very happy with everything.

First thing nobody connected with us, I keep calling them I press the option but after that call hang automatically. Nobody reply back and nobody p8cking up phone.

I tried online chat but they didn't solve the issue. That's our Business phone line we are not opening store because our phone not working, how we can take orders.

Our phone not working for incoming calls. Vonage keep charging us monthly since July but not working.

My account is in the wrong name and phone has not been working for months and I call and get transferred all over Mexico call centers and customer service is non existing!!! This company has ruined my busiiness and my customers connection to me.

Very bad service keep overcharging, there is no need of this fraud service, they gave us wrong information to sign for the service. Oversea service will be free to 60 contraries

All was false statement.

We are reporting to FTC as well,

Also reporting to fed fraud Department and credit card fraud Department, stop collecting money from my card according.

I have opened account 8 months ago.

They are taking money from my account, but my phone lines are not active since eight months. I have tried to send them email, but nobody get back to me to resolve this issue.

Every time that I called in about it, I was told that it would be two more days. Three weeks later and I still have no phone.

They have a customer service number that is a glitchy forever long service tree that doesn't even have a real person involved. If you get to the end it just says "Our live agents are available via online messaging, would you like a link?

Infuriating after they've taken so much of my time to sort me and ask a million questions about my needs. What's even the point of gathering that info?

As an aside everything is an upcharge, their system is very confusing, it's easy to click a wrong button and incur charges and there's no way to block/prevent that. It is very cheap.
