Horrible customer service. they stink

i have been trying to speak to a human being for two weeks this time around without success. every time over the past 6 months that i have tried to contact them i have now tried to call sales to see if i get someone and fifteen minutes into pressing 1, 2 etc i am still at the same greeting messages. all i need to find out this time is why i am unable to dial an international number after i have repeatedly asked vonage to include interenational calling on one of my busienss lines for the past 8 years of being a customer.

Trying to cancel

Simple - have been with Vonage for over ten years. Slowly customer service has deteriorated to the point where it is functionally impossible to speak to anyone. We are trying to cancel service, and I have been on hold more than 90 minutes....twice! Finally spoke with someone...took all the details. When I said the reason for the call was to terminate service the phone went dead. Do they have my number and could they call back.....yes. Did they - no. So much for first rate communication from a communications company. Beware.Do not choose VonageDo

Talk to me and allow me to terminate service!

Update user info

I was recently hacked and had to change ALL my banking info, checking account, debit card, payment info, payee info, etc, etc. On top of that my email address was changed by ATT as well, It doesn't help if it not only cannot be done on-line but no HUMAN will answer and one has to play the guessing game with a robot i.e. Do you want to change your address? press one Do you want to pay your bill? press 2 Do you want to change your mother's maiden name? and on and on...Just answer the damn phone and I'll tell you.

User's recommendation: Just use Pissed Consumer. Wish I'd known about it in dealing with Best Buy.

My fax is no longer working!!

OK, why have I called 4 times and no one has an answer to why my fax machine is not sending or receiving. I went on vacation, no one was in my house. I come back and now it's not working. I ran a self test and everything is fine, I unpluged and repluged in all the phone lines and that didn't help. When I call they ask the same questions but no one can help. I was disconnected once when I called back there was too much noise on your line and I asked to please call me back and that didn't happen. So I need help!!!!!! Diane Frickel

I’m receiving fraudulent emails re a person deceased for 4 years & notice his bill is being paid by credit card. Who’s? Why do they send this to my email? Do they have my CC information?

None of the phone numbers Im finding are valid. Since I am not the acct holder (whos been dead 4 years)I dont have the information requested. How do I stop this billing?

Horrible customer service

My experiences are similar to what others have said. Its impossible to cancel service. Long waits on hold, transfers, hang ups. Crazy! Finally I had my credit card company block future payments to Vonage.

They refuse to cancel my service.

I have called to cancel and I get transferred all over and one guy finally hangs up on me. They keep billing my credit card and I keep disputing it with the card issuer. Run and hide from these people besides they are way overpriced.
