- - Two unauthorized debits ($28 and $33) were made with no Vonage services provided.
- - Vonage owes $28; partial refund issued and access blocked.
Vonage stole money from me with 2 unauthorized debits to my bank account:
28.00& 33.00$ USD. Services were never provided-phone services online& why 1 of the debits was stolen money.
The other debit-was completely unauthorized &stolen money& I never gained access to Vonage phone services. In addition to never gaining access to Vonage services-I was only partially refunded for the unauthorized debits& illegally blocked access to phone services from Vonage. Vonage still owes me, 28.00$& is still illegally refusing to refund me the money they stole. Report: Ms.

- - I have Vonage extensions for over 10 years.
- - Since Dec 2023 I can't make international calls; support was unhelpful and Vonage is blamed.
I have vonage extensions for over 10 years . Since December 2023 I am having trouble to make international calls .
I called customer support 3 of the agents were not helpful and 2 hung up after I told them the undue in my calls . 3 one told me turn off my phone and turn on again and make phone call .
If dies not work call back . After try one more time this agent lady is amazing she is trying hard but vonage e tá Dions is the problem

Phone not working
- - Business phone line not working; incoming calls not received.
- - Calls hang up after selecting options.
- - Vonage charged monthly since July.
First thing nobody connected with us, I keep calling them I press the option but after that call hang automatically. Nobody reply back and nobody p8cking up phone.
I tried online chat but they didn't solve the issue. That's our Business phone line we are not opening store because our phone not working, how we can take orders.
Our phone not working for incoming calls. Vonage keep charging us monthly since July but not working.
