I have tried to contact Vonage on numerous occasions to get a virtual number ported across to them. 6 weeks later I am still waiting.
Their customer service agents are akin to robots and seem unable to answer even the simplest of questions. I am a brand new customer and I am regretting my decision to go anywhere near this atrocious company.
So far I have spent the best part of 3 days either sitting on hold or answering emails about information I have already provided.
They seem to be doing everything in their power to prevent me from getting the service I am paying for.
It is quite simple the worst service I have ever experienced. Avoid them at all costs.
