Your better off with comcast, verizon or some other company. You get what you pay for. Every time you call you wait at least 15 minutes or more to talk to someone and no one speaks good English. They charged me twice on the same billing day. I held on forever before I got someone to correct the problem. The phone service was what I expected for $20.00 a month, dropped calls and static on the line. I will probably never use this service again and you shouldn't unless your using it for the 10 year olds in the house.

Vonage in Collegeville, Pennsylvania - Fraudulent company Read this !

I paid $18 for equipment thinking I might try Vonage. I Received equipment and never activated it. Assuming that since I didn't activate there would be not charge. Wrong. I was never given a Vonage account so never got any notification that Vonage was charging me for a monthly service I never got. Also increased the "minimum " payment every few months. Called to complain that this happened and they said. ..Sorry but we can only give you two months back refund and that "I should file a complaint with my credit card company" When I did that the credit card company told me that once I accepted that two months from vonage I had "settled" with Vonage and therefore the credit card company could not win a dispute. It is obvious now that Vonage plays a lot of games. Don't sign up for this fraudulent company

By reading your complaint, I believe you are not a responsible person. You always blame other companies to take your responsibility.

But don't have guts to take your own responsibility.

I have solution for your scenario ... The day you start taking your responsibility fraud won't occur.

Vonage Customer Service

Vonage has the WORST customer service. Some of the reps are very hard to understand and you are constantly saying "WHAT?" "WHAT DID YOU SAY?". They are courteous, but don't know how to fix problems. They still have not fixed the problems which seemed to be caused by their service where they turn phone messages to emails. Today I spent practically all day waiting for them to correct this problem. They promise to call you back and then DON'T. BYE, BYE Vonage!!!! Hire representatives who have a better comand of the English language and who are better trained technicians!! Danny Love Today at 19:31 To bad vonage has been calling lately claiming I owe a outstanding bill when this is not true. I have been a Vonage customer for a long time and this is the first time Vonage ever pulled some nonsense. I have been told three different things by three different tellers who can not be on the same page if you prayed for it. Sad to say I may just go ahead and kick you out of my home because whatever your new syllabus is for payment....Eye don't like it and Vonage needs to teach the tellers to be more customer courteous and pay attention to what is going on. ‪#‎DISAPPOINTED‬

Vonage - Technical Support Review

I call the promotion person in the middle of September 2014 and I use my husband credit card but the account is under my name. I received the box is like a wireless but I can hooked up to my house internet. And the vonage company charge to my husband credit card $29.99. But I call the technical support how to use it in the middle of October 2014 and this technician he don't help me out good and I tell him to transfer me to the billing customer so I can cancel my account but the technician said is already taking care. So in that time I'm nothing to worried about billing me for the future. But this month of November 2014 they charge to my credit card for $42.00 and I call them again. Why they charge me for $42.00 and why my account is not terminated and why the billing account or credit card is transferred? By the way this woman I speak with she said I have one year subscription from the vonage and my account is not cancel. That's make me so mad because I don't even use the vonage to international call and the technician I speak with on the middle of October he don't taking care my cancellation and he don't transfer me to the people or billing customer to cancel my account. And now they want me to pay the early termination fee for $80.00 or more than that. I don't trust this company. Vonage customer service is not good.

I Had Vonage the firs time and i cancel the keep charging me for a line that was not active after that i received a consumer alert that the had ben suit and were going to court for over charges i think is time to do a new one if all the people that have ben rub by this company will get together will get justice done. so not learning from my first mistake they claim they were better i sing with them again and all of the suded they star again with charges that i don't recognize i call to cancel and they still have not cancel the game of call here call there not here but there same game tire of dealing. some times the big fish its the small fish i want to see it the other way around i am going to keep looking to see were we can fin a place to get justice
