Vonage in New York, New York - RUDE ARROGANT REP - SAL CUSTOMER ID # 21274

Having been a valued customer with Vonage for over 6 years now, I reached out to the customer service department as I needed help on my account. The SUPERVISOR on the call SAL Customer ID # 21274 was rude, arrogant and OBNOXIOUS to say the least. Don't be in customer service if you don't want to help. Also, please keep your arrogance at home. Either provide Mr.Sal some training or spend your resources on better staff. Even though there are free services like VIBER and Whatsapp, I continued to be your loyal customer. Not any more!! I am sure many others will soon follow.

Vonage in New York, New York - Refused to address Callers to my telephone cannot hear me due to static.

Callers have been unable to hear for the past 5 days when they try to call me due to static. have made over 20 repair calls to Vonage over past 5 days. Vonage Ticket #42771871. Vonage India tech support could not help and Refused to transfer me to Advanced Tech or to Tech Support in USA. insisted they call me to troubleshoot, but they cannot hear me. Said there was nothing they could do. Waste of money and time to outsource tech support when there is no tech support at Vonage. Outrageous to waste my time and spend money on a service that cannot provide any service. How do I get someone to repair this phone or how do I get a land line. The old telephone system always worked

Vonage refused to close my account in 2009

I tried Vonage in early 2009 and quickly decided I did not want to continue the service. I canceled / closed the account they repeatedly charged my bank account despite repeated calls and emails from me. I finally had to close the bank account they were charging to stop them from automatically debiting my account. Now, more than 3 years later, I am receiving collection notices and calls for $139 in "unpaid" charges. I see online that there are many more instances like mine. Most seem to be from 2009. Any further info on how to fight this would be appreciated.

they are horrible people they should held accountable rude ill-mannered I told the vonage customer that I am gonna report them the police he said go a head how can I file a class action against them
