Vonage what a maze just try to cancel
took out a vonage phone line in 2007 had it about 6 months before i realizd i was throwing money away the service itsself wasnt bad when it didnt mess my cable internet up but the problem came when i decided to cancel called cs in november for the second time first time i gave up on hold for an hour, but needed to stick it out this time. after being transferred around to just about everybody in the company including the janitor finally got to the right place, she gave me the hard sale soft sell and everysell inbetween, finally said hek with it fine give me the 3 months for free and ill call back to cancel then. after three months called to atempt to cancel again -- again the 2 hours being transferred to the vonage rep in siberia, finally got the extension to cancel, the gentleman for lack of a better term went AOL on me. basicly told me "your ***" actually asked me if he could talk to my wife, and was soo aggrivated with me i think if he could have reached through the phone he would have slugged me, and trust me if i could have----- anyhow finally was able to cancel -- honestly didnt mind the service but WOW hey vonage i would have gone back to ya if i needed phone service again -- NOW NO WAY
