I have had this running issue with Vonage for the last year and half. I first discovered that they were charging a fee on my credit card in Oct, called to inform them that I did not have any services with them.

They refunded 3 out of the 9 months and all services had been cut off. Now its started again. No statements, no number, just the customer service number on my credit card bill.

Customer service rep didn't know what to do and just trying to transfer us to other reps. Stupid rude and scam company.

something similar is happening to me. i was getting charged like $50 every month and on statement all i see is a number and when i called vonage they said they dont know anything about this charges on my card, I canceled me card and now i get a letter from a collection agency saying i owe money to vonage which i dont even have.
