I signed up for Vonage phone service for $9.99, well my first bill was for $17 and my second bill was again for $17. So i called to find out why my bill was for $17 instead of $9.99 the rep said it was because of taxes were not included.
I called Vonage to cancel my phone service. The customer service rep was very rude and she submitted a payment against my account without my authorization, even when I told her I did not authorized the charge. Of course she went ahead and did it anyway.
I called customer service again to speak to a Manager and I was told that she would call me back, and of course she did not. :(
