Like every business owner, finding services at a lower cost is important, Vonage was the biggest business mistake I ever made. I went from 3 phone lines with my internet carrier (Spectrum) to 3 phone lines that never worked right with Vonage. 6 weeks later - NO PHONES. NO FAX! (so no customer communications). I spent several hundred dollars on an local IT guy trying to salvage this to no avail. DON'T USE VONAGE - it ruined my customer communications . They have no customer service and no responsibility! Vonage in Medford, Oregon - I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS

They are not upfront about their service. I had a month trying to get their system working in our offices with my time mostly spent on phone and chat with them while physically doing the work myself. In the end their service was not compatible with ours and they wouldn't let us have our number back. This was a crazy ordeal that put us more than a month without service and we lost our phone number of 50+ years. They are still trying to get us to pay for services we never received.

over charge for serves and charge me for a dead phone and had direct access to credit card and did not take it out 199.00 bill out nowhere it supposed to be once a month and will not let you cancel or it would not be 199.00 in the first place

Their e-mails are returned as monitored with phone # to call which wants you to pay first and then drops your call every time holding for operator. The only number they provide is to sell you service.

something similar is happening to me. i was getting charged like $50 every month and on statement all i see is a number and when i called vonage they said they dont know anything about this charges on my card, I canceled me card and now i get a letter from a collection agency saying i owe money to vonage which i dont even have.
