Asked them to cancel my account In the month of May transferred the existing number to new account. Never had problem or charge on that old account so I assumed that it got cancelled.
But last week in month of October I got a letter from debt collectors saying I haven’t paid my bill for 3 months. Called the customer service they are saying my old account was still active even though it had no phone number or service from that account.
Never got any email or charge from them after May and I got a direct letter from debt collectors. Total fraud
