Vonage - Bad quality and terrible when cancelling the service. Paid $800.00 with auto pay. WE THOUGHT OUR CALL IN TO CANCEL WAS ENOUGH!
Don't forget to make sure you get cancellation email!!!!!! YOU WILL CONTINUE TO BE BILLED!!!!
Customer for a few year with Vonage business Voip services. Lost calls over time and many phone issues. We moved locations and went back to hard land lines. Cancelled (we thought) the service.
Very hard to find the contact number at Vonage. Happened to see we were still being billed for $200.00 per month with auto pay C.C. Called again today, we are out $800.00 (4 month of auto pay on company debit card) and we cancelled again 2/12/2018. MAKE SURE YOU GET THE EMAIL FROM THEM WITH CANCELLATION!!!!!
